Questions to help you prepare a booking enquiry
- Approximately how many people in total?
- Single or shared occupancy – how many bedrooms in total?
- What type of group spaces and how many different ones do you need for meeting, eating, practice/activity sessions, breakout groups, 1:1 conversations, other activities?
- Who will cater – a member of your own team, hire a caterer, book the Sheldon team?
- Do any of your members need ground floor, step free, wheelchair accessible rooms?

Which building(s) do you need?
Most groups will want the Long Barn (9 rooms, 17 beds) as your main cooking and meeting space with additional rooms in Pig Pens and/or Pound House. The larger groups (over about 30 people) will want to cook and eat in the Pound House.
The Sheldon team will be very happy to advise how the spaces might work best for you, and to show you round by appointment.
